Police Riot Van still storeable?

Are those NOOSE Riot Vans still storeable or did they get "blacklisted",like the other Police Vehicles?

I would want one of those as a Crew transport Vehicle.

100 % armor but the Granger still explodes even if you use 1 Sticky.

Riot Van is a lot stronger...

 

I heard that Rockstar doesn't want Utility's in Players Garages.

Or they want realism...but come on,who the hell steals a Jet from a Military Base or buys a Tank legally in real life?

If the title was meant to be literal you wouldn't be storing the cars you stole in your personal garage, now would you?
