its on a cliff by where you can take people to the cult as trevor in sp . it appears only at one time of day , i think .6 or 7 pm

It appears around 7pm near the Altruist Camp, look on the map where there are two parachute jumps and head up there before 7. Take a sniper rifle and try to shoot the driver before she drives off the cliff. If she drives off the cliff you can get the car from the side of the hill, but it will probably be upside down so you need to carefully flip it over with another car (or a helicopter if you have one with you). Once you have it you can take it to Beaker's garage to get it repaired and tracked/insured if you want to keep it :0)

I don't think there are any mods for it tho...I got it and wanted to juice it up a little, but you can't.

There's a glitch to get bulletproof tires but that's it
