Is it at all possible to wear no shoes in gta online?

I ask because i couldnt find a way ingame and i think all shoes (even flip flops) looks so stupid on a female in a bikini outfit if you want to go swimming.

There is plenty of NPC's without shoes, just incase you were wondering.

Damn right. Most comfortable shoes I own, wear em all the time when I play. Olive flip flops are the closest you're gonna get for now.
