Uhh... Leatherface on a horse with a chainsaw and you have to kill him with basketballs? Sounds like ninja gaiden to me.

None of this is happening. Heists aren't even coming. They had 5 years to work on this pile of sh*t and another 6 months since release. What you see is what you get. This game will be dead by 2015

Several of those sounds sound like sound effects from iLife 11 which comes with that Mac he's using in the video. As with far over majority of YouTube videos that claim to be GTA Leaks, this video probably shouldn't be taken seriously.

The horses could be potentially added not for riding but for betting on at the race track.

New DLC vehicles are horse drawn carriages. Fits your whole crew inside so you can ride to battle with style.

Okay, okay. Lemme tell you what's wrong with your post.

 

1) 5 years to work on this "pile of sh!t". GTA V was a masterpiece in game making. GTA Online was never intended to be the main game. It's an add on. Take a walk around Los Santos in SP. The life, the little details they did.

2) GTA Online is a complex game. We would already have heists if it weren't for the cashpocalypse, the numerous glitches. You try digging through hundreds of pages of code looking for a little segment that caused something like this.

 

3) GTA Online and GTA V are going to be the focus for the next few years. I wouldn't be surprised if we had 2x more vehicles/features that we already have in 2015. All game development starts off slow.

People killed my horse in Red Dead all the time, you get over these things eventually.

 

Im not sure if this YT video is legit, and I wouldnt say we'll get horses or Basketball for GTAO, but there was definitely a basketball minigame for Franklin removed along with "The Sharmuta Heist" which involved robbing a prize race horse from a rich businessman at Vinewood race track.

The horse textures and sounds along with the basketball information (and all of the info on removed features & missions etc) can be found somewhere within the depths of this thread

They removed basketball!? Nooooo, maybe they'll implement it later on in GTA O. It would be fun playing it with friends/crew members
