Well, it is pretty cool but it's not technically an in-game (ie. Snapmatic) picture. It's a picture of your TV while a cop's getting all shot up.

Taken 0.5 seconds before I was teleported to the top of the Maze Bank Building, thrown off of it, and exploded mid-air by a flying Swaggio with rocket launchers. Oh, and they were all playing dubstep. Wubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwub.

no that's an actual snapmatic with a filter on it.

 

Nah, you can just make out the mini-map and a couple of notifications creeping into the bottom-left of the frame. Still, I guess it does count, as there are quite a few people here for whom Snapmatic photos won't upload to their Social Club account.
