Wouldn't let me in my apartment or garage

I just tried to get into my apartment because there was someone outside and I didn't want to get into a fire fight with them, but the stupid game asked me if I wanted to buzz another player, so I ran to the garage spot and the same thing, and then I got shot.

 

What the f*cking hell is that all about?

 

Why wouldn't it let me go in?

Just happens sometimes. Sometimes I drive fullspeed into my garagedoor because I know the animation will start before I actually hit the door but 1 out of 50 times the animation won't kick in. Just back up and try again.
