I was just looking through my stats on Social Club and noticed that my highest speed with a vehicle is 161.3 Mph, i set it with my Entity.

 

Not that surprising, but i also own an Adder and I can't see any reason for the Adder not being the vehicle that i hit my highest speed with.

 

If you have both please share your highest vehicle speed, unless you set it with a bike...

I got 151.42MPH ... with the Turismo. it's silly how a car half the price of the Adder can rival it in speed.

Top speed is just down to long tracks with slipstreaming, you won't get much over 140mph without it. But all cars are reduced by the same percentage so Adders will be faster than Entities on long straightish tracks with no catch-up or slipstreaming. Even a Z-Type can get a faster time on Route 68.

Speed is bugged, mine is 143.12 with the Entity in MP, In SP I hit 170 with Lamar's van. Some people in MP have 335 mph top speeds with the Hvy Dozer

I was kind of curious myself how the game "records" your highest speed, if it took race effects into consideration or not.

 

I'm also kind of curious considering the Cargo Bob states it can "reach 200mph", if you could somehow have that play into a "top speed record" with your vehicle.

Ummm ok, just checked my social club and my top speed is 116 mph in the Coquette. It was 165mph with the Feltzer not long ago so I don't quite get what's going on there.

 

Edit: Nevermind I was looking at single player stats lol.

 

Still, 161mph in the Coquette online even though I'm sure it was in the Feltzer when I last checked.

Yeah, but Lamar has his ability that allows you to go faster than normal

 

172.41 with the Entity. Own an Adder but I don't use it much...

Dont people get those speeds by dropping from cargobob or by smashing the front of the car with a tank so the front wheels fall off or something?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the speed stat on social club is bugged.

 

Apparently mine at the moment is the Turismo R with 139 mph.. :/

I used to have the entity, I have the adder, and my fastest speed is with the adder going 2492.8mph.

(for those wondering, there used to be a glitch to make your car fall from the sky on a solid surface, I didn't know about this and it happened to me)

I have 151 with the adder, but I've seen people with over 500 mph with a tank, probably with that Barracks glitch which launches your tank into the sky.

I'm not a brainless arsehole so I don't own both, but I did own an Adder for a time. However my top speed was done in an Entity (142.12 mph) even though I have never owned one (and my Adder was 100% upgraded).

 

Figure that one out. :panic:

 

edit: TBH the SC stats must be talking bollocks because I've definitely been faster than that in the Adder and my Turismo.

Considering that both cars are very different and excel in different situations it would be prudent for anyone who races regularly to own both.

Compare the Stats of LSC, Garage and Social Club. All are Crap. None match and seriously the stats itself are a joke.
