i think i know why the game is freezing

i think it's cuz of the people who are abusing the content creator and modding items into freemode. i was playing the other day and there was a blue fence right in the middle of the road. the fence from the construction site. perhaps this is overloading the servers and it's making them crash. this seems to be the most probable since i doubt that towtrucks are back. any thoughts?

tow trucks still around, obviously not as much as before. But people with modded ps3's can spawn them. Also anyone can bring one in via sp/mp(only for that session mind you).

files that are not being deleted with the de-installation of both the game and the patches are responsible for that...

I have NO idea how this is possible, but I have tried lots of fixed and found this out by the try-and-error method.

 

No matter what I tried, the problem persisted in ANY game mode until I restored the file system...

OP has a valid point. Glitching the game to do things it isn't supposed to do can cause gameplay issues.

It's probably the servers kicking people my friends list is almost exclusively gta players so seeing 10 -20 people coming online and once is when you normally know a server crash has gone on.

My console freezes up about 3x a day, usually within the first couple of minutes in a session when it does.
