Best Middle-End Apartment?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew the best location for a 6 car garage apartment that was near the beach, Iv searched the forums for about an hour trying to find a post where they said the name and provided screen shots but i am unable to find the thread.

 

The apartment is for my 2nd character, I wanted to start to make that character more of a poor thug since my first apartment was the $400k eclipse tower.

 

If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated.

The beach front one..south/west side of the beach.. Thats where i have my main living.

 

 

Its a more like a beach front fort. Probably the best stand off/get away safe house in the game IMO...and its a few seconds away from the beach.

Bay city ave where I am.

 

2 blocks from beach. Near mask shop hair place clothing place kinda far from ammo though, but you're surrounded by a boat dock that connects to the ocean and a helipad across that boat dock.
