Help please, I cannot post photos

I cannot post photos on here

 

I copy the image url, and put it in the box that pops up, it freezes and never loads

 

I can't seem to copy paste the image url to use for HTML either

 

I would love to do more on here than just type, why can I not post photos to the forum? HELP!

If your using IE, It wouldn't let me paste anything on here.

Use Chrome or something else.

this just started happening on my Windows 10 PC, I am now having to use my Windows XP PC to post here, and my new PC for everything else.

but up until about a few weeks ago I could post here just fine, using my Windows 10 PC, so IDK what changed, or what happened, but I wish I could solve this problem. Is it a coding thing, is there a way to work around it, is there anything I can do?

AND some times I cannot even post simple text.
