Crew Emblems! Should You Be Able To Upload?

Hi everyone,

 

So recently I was ranting about how Rockstar removed my uploaded emblem picture for inappropriate content, even though it was a lion. After losing my emblem, I really got to thinking. There's no way I'm going to spend hours of my time, trying to create simple shapes with Rockstar's emblem editor. I'm guessing due to hosting issues and storage, this is why you normally can't bring your color filled creations to GTA Online. In my opinion, this needs to change. Having an actual emblem, and not a bunch of squares made through their garbage tool, is a feature that needs to happen. Poll seems a bit biased, but I agree we should be able to upload our own emblems.

Unfortunately, I have to say no. People already did that and abused it. Nudity is fine to a point but copyright images are not. But any porn star, centerfold or model has their image copyrighted. That's why Lindsay Lohan tried to sue saying she was the model taking a selfie in the load screen. Then she said she's the crazy celeb girl from SP which is likely based on her but doesn't look like her.

 

People using Batman, Jurassic Park, Presidential Seal, Nazi-style swastikas, etc are the ones who really ruined it for everyone else. The trolls of the world went against the Terms and Conditions and, like gun laws, only the innocent suffer.

That's a valid point. Especially the porn star part. I've still seen swastikas made with the editor, but thats when the "emblem report" feature comes in to play.

The loading screen girl and Lindsay Lohan look nothing alike.

 

Loading screen girl has perfect complexion and blonde hair.

Lohan has freckles, occasional acne/herpes, red hair and is 100% ginger.
