Just in case nobody realizes , Coveted is a better mission to farm than Rooftop Rumble. It pays $750 less , but can be completely much more easily and in about the same amount of time. Within 20mins it's possible to finish 6 times which will earn you $108,000.

I'm rank 158 and I didn't unlock RR until last week when a friend wanted to do it with me and we completed it together. Before that it wasn't in my missions list. So I'm not sure but I don't think even reaching the rank for it will unlock it for you. Unless the only way to get it yourself is by getting the mission direct from it's contact. Which whom I've forgotten.

It's simpler than both your accounts. It's a martin madrazo mission and as long as you have completed it at some point in the game it will unlock at level 75 and over. If you are lucky to fall into it before lvl 75 it will appear as soon as you reach lvl 75 otherwise if you complete through a call from martin or an invite from a friend at any time after 75 it will unlock as soon as you complete the mission (or your friend completes it).

You must suck at playing then if you truely feel that way. RR is the sh*t mission that sucks to 'grind'. It only pays $750 more than Coveted but requires about the same amount of effort except that Coveted is slightly easier since a portion of it is flying a helicopter. It's not boring it's just a different style mission. If you can't get on board to agree with that than that's your pathetic excuse of an opinion. They're both great for farming cash. But Coveted is the best , hands down , no debating needed.

if you are below level 75 then yeah you have no choice other than to play coveted but above 75 RR is the fastest even with 1 player doing it i can finish it in 2 minutes or less and the same amount of time if there were others in the session with me

i play in FA so not much is wasted in ammo , you can snipe as well but i dont like "taking my time" when i farm i go the fastest route i want zen i get on free roam and snipe people from the rooftops lol

^^^ Thank you. 'It's a zen thing.' and the theories been tested , RR takes way more ammo. No matter which weapon or combo of weapons that's used. So you're correct , it's possible to make a higher profit from Coveted than RR within the same amount of time spent doing each. I usually snipe for most of the mission too. I have a routine of how to complete it the fastest way possible. Which includes sniping and occasionally switching up what other guns I use for the rest of the mission. Apparently some people like to think they're smart about how they play when they're really not. You Sir though , have your head on straight.

Even en mass with an Combat MG, your are talking one mag to clear the garage (not even that) and a total of as near as damn it 10000 rounds in reserve. You could do RR about 100 times on a full supply of the machine gun before dropping $3000 + into it (approx 100 * 18750=1.875 million - $4000 for arguments sake). In an hour a top player can cover 30 * 18750 = 187500 * 3 = 562500 and still enough ammo to do the mission again for the rest of the week (at an hour a day and provided you don't use the MG's for any other missions). For an average player at 3 minutes per round the figures would be 187500 * 2 = 375000). More ammo yes, but on economies of scale you carry a damn sight more off it for the prices paid.

 

P.S Grenades are $5000 for up to 20 compaired to $3000 + for a few hundred)

RR is MUCH easier, all you have to do is spray some bullets into some guys all next to each other, grab a document and drop it off.

 

Coveted requires taking the time to snipe the spaced out enemies one by one, which after a few plays is suicide-encouragingly boring.

RR is better if you're playing 1 mission as it's faster and more cash/RP but you cannot replay or do a playlist so a lot of time is wasted in game lobbys and going back to freemode every time.

 

Coveted can be done on a playlist 1 after the other with no going back to freemode after each game, plus its unnecessary to kill everyone i can do coveted fast and i think its the best and most efficient for cash when it's in a playlist.

It's here because some people prefer RR and some people prefer Coveted. Some find the latter easier than the first. Some it's the other way around. Apparently it all comes down to play style as to which can be completed the quickest. I didn't post this with the idea of having RP matter within the subject. It was mainly about time and cash. Which in my opinion Coveted is the best for. After this thread a friend and I fully tested the theories and we have concluded that Coveted can be completed at least 30secs - 1min quicker than RR with both players using the best methods from the GTAF itself. We went on to continue to experiment with the missions and proved Coveted can earn a player more money within a 30min time span over RR. These were completed and tested by 1 person per mission , not with friends or crew members. So if others are willing to put in the time , I'd like to see more results. With others working together. As for the mission being claimed 'boring' by some , I can't see how considering each has around the same amount of enemies to kill with 1 having them spaced out and 1 not , both include flying if you do RR with a called in helicopter and both can be done alone or with others. Again , personal preferences. One more point also , ever since the days of modded money being handed out I haven't once had to buy more ammo for my sniper. I filled it with the max 10,000 rounds weeks and weeks ago. But haven't once had to refill it. Meaning as long as other people were equally as smart , nobody else has had to waste money on ammo for Coveted either. The most I have to use other than the sniper is any pistol and only on 2-3 enemies. The rest is all single shot sniper rounds , all 9 others. So around 12 bullets minimum are needed to complete Coveted. Compared to how much in RR? Yeah , see. I can't wrap my head around RR being better. Just my logical opinion.

The op is fine Pubert (going but your avatar I assume that's you in Real Life), just your attitude stinks (which is very rich for someone who has been on the forum less than a day). There have been a number of perfectly reasonable objections that you have resorted to deriding people for. Now derision is laughable at the best of times, but twice you have over stepped a mark. My post gives you cancer (believe me when I say that isn't funny, even in jest. I have known many grown adults to be unceremoniously taken down a peg or two for such insults.
