Ambient_
edited The only thing I did was edited (cut) was a couple of the breathing noises, that's all. How are they, seriously? Please? No no no I meant I had edited my own post, I regretted what I posted because it was irrelevant to the topic Edited March 23, 2014 by Marwin Moody Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/695405-how-are-my-screams-video-demo-inside-heavy-music-fans-only/#findComment-1065033162 Share on other sites
THE_TREVALEV
It sounds like you're trying to do fry when you're yelling and false chord when trying to do a full out deep. You'll probably want to try and stick with one technique as the better you get, the harder it's going to be to switch between those totally different techniques. It'll just end up making you sound worse. Slamman
I do a great Death Metal vocal based of BARNEY of Napalm Death, and tried some other things, being a major fan, Tom G Warrior of Celtic Frost covers amazing range, as does, of course... King Diamond. You can go to classic bands like Savatage and Queensryche as well, Geoff Tate is just as amazing, and often doesn't get due credit. King Diamond took his singing influence from Freddie Mercury, who later was turning away from rock and moving to Opera! This is shown in a documentary of his life.
