Image improvisation

Hello guys ! I have a request, its about improving an image by incorporating some more elements in it. I had be glad if someone gives an attempt and I would be seriously appreciating his efforts.

Now on to my request :

This is a hitman organisation faction cover. I would like some more elements to be added to it.

Firstly, the text : The hitman Organisation would look better as only : 'Hitman Organisation'

1)Along with the center old man, I would like to have to young men standing beside him staring towards us but a little bit behind, designating the old man as a leader. I apologize but I have no image to incorporate , all I can say is the added people must be of the same theme of the old man, a dark theme, lying in the shadows.

In a similar way you could add more men to the side as well as behind the front line of men to show a striking resemblance to an organisation, or a group rather than an individual.

 

2) I would incorporate the official logo of hitman faction in the picture.

The position of the logo might be in some corner, I am not sure which one, but the most preferrable corner it will be visible the most.
