heavy pistol vs pistol.50 . which will win ? ( not counting AP pistol

performance diffrence :

~ heavy pistol ( tested ) :

it has high damage per shot but less than pistol.50 , the magazine rounds make up for this : 18 ammo for default clip ( 36 extended , par with AP pistol ) . compared than pistol.50 , it has higher accuracy and effective range than other pistol . like pistol.50 , due to heavy recoil the fire rate slightly lower than ordinary pistol despite what the stats says . aganist police officer or enemies , it takes 2-3 bullets to kill but not common to perform 1 hit ( although , all enemies from lower wave in survival does one hit with any pistols . perhaps this caused their HP determined by it's wave ) . due to accuracy and large magazine , it's capable to used for drive By for those don't waste AP pistol's bullet , which means in hands of pistol expert and experienced driver are good enough to perform headshots while drive By . perhaps the accuracy would caused by the permanent red dot sight on the pistol ( unremovable by any means , unless remodelled the gun ) . additional advantages and disadvantages : it can be bought any ammunation if update 1.11 installed and in online , it can be bought at any level . but it also most expensive pistol ammo ( costing $100 for every ammo bought )

 

~ pistol.50 ( untested due not special or collector edition ) :

it's highest damage per shot than any other pistol and rate of fire is seems par about normal pistol ( although , the recoil only hamper the accuracy ) . the magazine is low than pistol ( unless using extended clip , which par as normal pistol ) . the weakness of this pistol is low accuracy and limited effiency while onfoot and the gun also high recoil due immense power ( which blow your character's arms upward heavily when fired ) . pistol.50 still remain effective at close quarters . additional advantage and disadvantage : this gun is free along its customization , but the ammo is not free ( due the ammo shares same as other pistols ) also only gained through special / collector edition

18 rounds in the heavy pistol pisses me off. Its modeled after a 1911 and heavy pistol implies it is at least a .45 ACP which makes it ridiculous that it can cram 18 rounds into that mag and even more ludicrous with a extended mag of 36. Should have been more like 7 or 8 normal and 14 extended.

I don't use the semi-auto pistols anymore, but when I just started playing Online, the Special Edition weapons gave me a huge advantage from lvl. 5.

 

The .50 have saved me countless times, when does geeky people that were already in lvl. 53 on day 2 after release, came to rip my ass.

hiding behind the bins and most kills are one shot(head shots)

the most times i've had to shoot a copper there is 3 but thats when i shoot them in the legs

so they lie on the floor to shoot me(free pistol ammo on higher waves)

the only advantage to the heavy pistol is that the ammo is cheaper to buy (pre survival menu) i think

but i've not had to pay for bullets since i unlocked gang attacks and survivals

OP if your on xbox and would like to have a lend of my .50 let us know and we'll try to sort something out

nah , i'm PS3 . my special/collector edition friend tested he can't drop bullpup shotgun nor .50 ( despite the update notes . perhaps glitch dissallow regular player obtain unique weapons ) . the only weapon can remain his/her possession without the editions are hammer ( if enemy wield these , take it and still became your possession ) . heavy pistol cost $100 ( while normal & combat are $57 , AP $75 & SNS $29 )

i'm good drive by with heavy while driving . i've used it all times while retrieve the document in RR grinding ( since the guy holds the documents , firing AP pistol from rear of any car aside police transporter or rhino will vaporized in mere of seconds with one or two magazine ) . so using semi-auto don't easily destroy the car and hit the driver dead ( thus dropping the document )

 

the reason why it will exploded because the rear vehicle seems act like fuel cap from gta sa ( in survival , shooting enemy convoy's car with a sniper at the rear tires proably explode just one shot )

I usually see low levels using pistols as their form of weaponry during drive-bys, they miss 98% of the time.

I somewhat prefer the AP pistol than the SMG for this sort of thing.

Can we please start using "magazine" instead of clip? Clips are used to refill integrated magazines. That's why my SKS has "stripper clips" to refill the "magazine". For those of us with training, this is very annoying.
