Want the Boeing 747 in Online

Titan doesn't cause lag, neither does the jumbo jet (not sure about the cargo plane). Everyone lagging must be on 360s or launch PS3s.

My friend has glitched the jumbo jet over several times and it's quite a disappointment. Only one person (the pilot) can be in it. Contrary to what most people are saying, no one ever tried to kill him when he was in it (and these were full lobbies). Most people are more in awe and want to get in with you when you glitch one over.

One other thing that makes it completely worthless is that its engines die QUICK. It's so big that you'll probably end up hitting one of those little signs in the grass between the runways and you won't notice it until all your engines die at once after you've flown it for only 5 minutes. We tried to recreate 9/11 several times and couldn't because the damn things died before we could hit Maze Tower.

I know. It's dumb. There is always the SP to MP trick. Also, I found out if the 747 Jumbo Jet is purchasable it will be around $356,900,000. This is the actual price for one in real life. Who else smells cash cards?

I glitches this crap online before 1.11. And will absolutely support Cincy32 on this topic. There is no point in this plane in game. Explosion is similar to titan, nothing extraordinary. We don't need it absolutely because:

— one person limit

— slow and NOISY

— pain in the ass to find landing strip other than airport

— no advantages in suicide-bombing others, if you really do it

 

Well, come on. We need another garage, more apartments with view and not this crap. And don't even get me started on heists.

Slow? Hell no After 10 minutes that thing is 3 times faster then a Laser jet. Only the Cargoplane 'giant one'

 

They go so fast after 10 minutes of flying that if you fly low, the environment will have loading problems and buildings/road won't even appear sometimes.

 

Time it exactly 10 minutes and it will start to boost off like a rocket.

I have done it myself with Boeing 747, but not with the Cargo plane.

 

Aircraft is very fragile.

 

I did do the SP2MP glitch. No need to follow an stupid video guide that says it can only be done in "Deathmatch" etc by downloading an modded job. Fully possible to fly it in Free Roam session with other players, but they might try to shot you down or crash into you.

I took off with a Cargo plane from Sandy Shores airport and engines only died because some jealous twat kept shooting at me with the heavy sniper. I made the plane neon green so it was very noticeable.

 

I also experienced no lag and I'm on a Xbox that's over 6 years old.

i like how just about every thread like this is something we "NEED", there is nothing we need about it. it's just something you want. big difference. don't get me wrong, i would have fun with a jumbo as much as the next person, but there is a lot more things we do "NEED" before getting a big jet to play with IMO.

i only had lag when i crash the thing but usually the wreckage glitches under the map and disappears just like the titan does. and even if the wreckage is still there just shoot it and it'll disappear. in other words rockstar's lazy.

You can bring in any vehicle into MP that your character can enter.

It's fun to fly, but people like to shoot anything that moves, so it gets brought down pretty quick. Plus everything bigger than a Titan explodes when it comes in contact with anything.

 

I'd love to be able to get a Cargo plane and 747 without SP to MP, but I'd honestly be happy if the Titan was made to not be such a pussy. Punch the damn thing like 7 times and it explodes.

 

You can't put cars in the back without it dying fast either. They don't stay put, and neither do players so it's useless.

Saving a lot of time trying to steal a jet and facing tons of tanks every time. I can live with Pegasus and have only the spawn location issue, but other than that Pegasus is quite helpful to me.

No because you can't spawn on the runway as your online character. Even if you leave GTAO to save the location, your character spawns outside the runways by the terminals, like when you die in the airport.

But then there's a chance that those Youtube jackasses start posting videos recreating 9/11. The FIB and IAA Buildings downtown would be the suspects, seeing as they're almost the same design as each other. American's still get offended by anything that pokes fun at 9/11, regardless if they personally knew any victims or not...
