One way for Shark Cards to sell better.

Recommended Posts

I don't chime in much on the shark card debate but I know a lot of people hate them. I do also think it's a waste of money the way Rockstar is going about it. I never understood why they don't do what most companies do with buying points and add an incentive(dlc). It would at least increase some of the shark card sales.

Example- 2.99 Shark card gets you the gta cash plus an exclusive in game-mask

next card price would include said mask and a melee weapon. all the way up to the 99 dollar card which would have every prior shark card item plus an exclusive car or property or some b.s.

TLDR Shark cards should have some kind of in game extra with them to increase sales.

Thoughts?

nerf more payouts, bring in more cars, oh i dun know allow you to buy cop cars so you can mod. Which in turn costs you ingame money dun want to grind for it kaching lots of ways to increase the sales.

Example - the 99 dollar card gets you the gta cash plus naturally colored nipples. :colgate:

f*ck no. that completely screws over the completionist having to pay $100 for a stupid hat. f*ck no. ea might do it though, go tell them on their forums

Killing Babelyy

Pay 2 be better.

The gaming industry has gone full Jew. Not only do companies sell half games an charge for dlc that should have been available day 1 (not gtaonline as of now of course) but paying to get more stuff that should just be available to everyone that payed the game purchase.

I'm not saying I like cash cards, i'm just saying it would make more sense to do it this way. Cash goes quick, but the exclusive in game item would still be around. Still hate the fact I have to buy CE to get the cars and such, but that's were the gaming industry is going.

f*ck no.

The op has been hittin jimmy's bong a little too much

Yet you liked one of my post lol. Let's face it, Rockstar is going to push us with cash cards regardless, I would rather they offer something else with it then just in game cash I can make within an hour.

Troll thread is troll thread.

Report and move on.

I'm sorry, lets talk about tanks and blue nipples, would that make you feel better?

Increase sales? Didn't I hear they made a profit of around $66M just by selling cash cards. I dunno about you but those are pretty good sales

Maybe so but the bottom line is to make as much as you can, to keep dem shareholders happy 66m in their eyes will never be enough

But if theydone it like that, people would moan because they coukdnt get cool sh*t without being milked of more real money.

Honestly, I think the way they've done it is great. A lot of people don't evwn know about he cash cards. Rockstar doesn't throw it in your face that you should buy them. They're there, if you want them, no pressure, and you can still play the game very happily without them.

What other game is like that??
