This would be good for police use only and for them to take down tanks easier.

 

Don't get me wrong here but the Rhino is almost as fast or maybe even faster and has a lot of more shooting power. Its not a match.

I really hope you mean only to use against tanks.

 

I seriously don't want to bump into someone, get instantaneous police, try to run and shoot at one of them as I'm driving away, and then have helicopters materialize from thin air, and end up in a big cop chase, only leading to one of these things coming out of no where, resulting in me getting crushed into a wall, and blown to ity bity f*cking pieces.

 

And if my car magically survives, that gets impounded. I'm certain it would just turn around and blast players that have heat.

 

Calling Creepy Uncle Lester doesn't always work either, since I usually use that within minutes of spawning, because I had to defend myself from someone else.

 

Also, I'm pretty sure the Rhino would atomize that with two shots..

That vehicle model makes the saints row version look like it's made of bootleg Lego's.

Why? it lacks the firepower of the tank. (each shot is equal to that of an advanced sniper rifle) and it certainly doesn't have the durability. A fully armored sports car driver could probably drive up lay on a couple sicky bombs and blow it to hell.

Tanks must be revised at this game in all aspects, every level 70 owns one. Maybe a time limited will be fine, if you can ask for one only once in a day game time.

It's frustrating killing one kid and when he respawns he is in passive mode and calls for another tank.

Could you armor your vehicles in Gay Tony like you can in GTA V? nope you couldn't. So in GTA V its power would be quite limited.

Could you armor your vehicles in Gay Tony like you can in GTA V? nope you couldn't. So in GTA V its power would be quite limited.

I doubt it'll matter with explosive rounds....

I think this would be great. We have a spectrum of power that looks like this:

 

foot -> bike -> unweaponed vehicles -> X -> X -> X -> Annihilator -> X -> X -> X -> Buzzard -> X -> tank/jet

 

There could be lots of vehicles in between civ cars and merc hardware.

Its a good idea but their would be balance issues. R* would have to make it expensive . Maybe 1m or 750k . But it would have to be lower level as well since it would NOT be as powerful as the rhino tank. I`m thinking at the same level as the buzzard so we could have two options on what to buy to deal with the tank.

The Noose tank is a LAV or APC I think? I'm not sure of the name but I know that these things go faster than Tanks and can hold more peoples too. They look slow in this video because everything was slow in GTA 4. That vehicle is also able to go in the water and drive like a boat.

 

I seriously hope they put this badass in GTA Online. I would use it so damn often.

 

Also I think that APC could do better in the city because of their speed and machineguns. Also probably their smaller size so you don't explode that many cars when you go somewhere.

This tank wouldn't be buyable and I'm sure R* would upgrade it so it had effect on the tank. Plus police have the ability to spawn whereever so if 4 of these spawned near you it be hard to defend your self.

although , APC is meant to be return but because the rhino , the APC is far less effective than rhino ( proably survive 2 shots from a rhino

YES! The APC would be excellent to have! Have it in a few different paints: NOOSE, LSPD, LSSD, Military, and an all black paint.

How about an antitank, specially designed to own tanks, but not so good against anything else... Something like a modern german antitank...
