Not fully modified but....

Its got some options but not a huge amount, from memory.

I can't find a vigero appreciation thread to point you at but there's a few photos in the muscle car appreciation thread.

It's a muscle car, so it shouldn't really have a tonne of visual mods anyway. It does have the all important selection of bonnet scoops and bug catchers though.

Muscle cars are some of the MOST visually modifiable cars in the game.

 

Ruiner, phoenix and rat loader maybe. Dominator and vig not so much, gauntlet.....no. Can't speak for the rest, though I don't think the picador has much.

 

So I'd say some are among the most and some are among the least...

What I was getting at though is that they aren't as visually modifiable as sports cars, even if a small handful of them have a lot of options.
