Tyla
Doesn't one of the Houser brothers own the most expensive home in NYC or something? Wondering how sharply the property prices may decline in the coming years totally puts me off buying property in New York at all with those costs. No, he bought a home in Brooklyn Heights for $12.000.000, which happens to be not only the most expensive Single-Family home every sold in Brooklyn Heights, but also the home where Truman Capote wrote Breakfast at Tiffany's. As for New York City property prices, they've surged in recent years but are cooling down somewhat now. There's no telling what will be the case 5 years from now, but for now prime real estate in NYC is still a solid investment. gtamann123
I remember one time i saw a zillow posting for an apartment which was basically the entire floor of a high rise building. It was like 13k square feet or something like that and overlooking central park. It was listed at $90million. Where did you see that $130Mill posting Raavi? One57 carnegie had a penthouse that sold for over $90 million dollars. 432 Park Ave wants $74 mill for a penthouse. Mind you, both buildings are still under construction.
