(Sarcasm because I knlw 99% of the people here wont catch it) And I think it also doesnt help that there are a bunch of billionaires and wall street millionaires there who are known to drop huge amounts of real estate in the city. Regardless, if you didn't understand what the title meant anyway then you have way bigger problems you need to deal with lmao"NYC apartments that cost less than castles" has an entirely different meaning than "NYC apartments that cost more than castles" the first version has no meaning as virtually all homes in the world cost less than castles. Which would mind f*ck people because it wpuld make no sense for someone to create a thread about that Edited March 21, 2014 by gtamann123

Frank Brown
You could probably find castles cheaper than a cup of coffee in NYC.
Raavi
I'd get myself a castle in France over a shoebox apartment with a view in NY any day of the week. The sheer potential a castle has is mind boggling. I'm talking tens of thousands of dollars from renting out various areas of the castle and surroundings alone. gtamann123
If it costs that much to buy it, how much does it cost to rent it? Go on Zillow and check it out. Its actually kind of weird because plenty of homes are this exoensive in NYC. But ive found some full blown detached single family homes in certain areas of Brooklyn and Queens that are less than $1mill. I guess location is everything. t3h PeNgU1N oF d00m
This report is a little biased. I mean yeah, the castles are cheaper. But at 1.6 million dollars, that probably doesn't include the necessities, such as catapults to defend from attackers, or serfs to cultivate the land. Do you know how hard it is to get a permit to build a moat filled with piranhas these days? The NY Apartments are small, though they are ready to live in. Just throw together some Ikea furniture and you're good to go. I cucked Alex Jones, Abel. and THE GHETTO JEZUS
Adam Jensen
I read somewhere that a lot of divorced couples in NYC choose to live together because they can't afford rent on their own. That's messed up. But I'd still never buy a castle. Think of all the workforce you'd need to keep it nice and clean. I couldn't stand having so many people around. Hodgey.
Like most I'd buy a castle before a tiny apartment in New York, but those prices in New York are all about location.
RoadRunner71
Introduce the crack back on the streets and you will see how the price of these apartments notoriously decreases. I wouldn't mind having a penthouse in New York City with views to the Empire State anyway.
Urban Legend
Imagine the price to build one of these castles on NYC real estate. Now that is funny. I visited Germany when I was 10-12 and really love castles...sh*t is pimp. I'd be paintballin' all the time.
