Obey Tailgater as Simeon's Special Vehicle?

I didn't have time to take a picture as I had police and players after me but I was surprised to see the special vehicle was a Tailgater and right next to it, another one. These are the only two I have ever seen online, is it just me, is this new/rare or has it been around before?

They show up as on map Simeon vehicles (green car) and you get them in his text list. Also, on very rare occasions you will see them NPC's driving around in them.

It's when they're on Simeon's text that most people get them. If you're looking for one, just do it when he includes the Tailgater in his text - then constantly drive around between the beach parking area and the golf course car park. Sooner or later one will appear.

It's better to drive around studio car park and golf car park, I had the text from simeon and I found 5 of them like this

to this day i still have not seen that car on the street nor in simeon's text list or as hpv.

Your most likely to find it at the Golf parking lot as that's where 90% of people find it.

Sometimes Simeon asks for it as a normal vehicle along with the 4 other random cars. Its only happened to me once, and when the tailgater spawned I just kept it.
