Catchup should just be removed completely...And you broke bums who can't afford to upgrade your cars, should be executed for turning custom vehicles OFF...

or you could host & turn it off

Or 3/4s of the gta online community could learn to win races without needing catchup...

Id be happy if they changed it.

Rather than slow down the leading car. It should speed up the losers.

That way a good driver whos in the lead will keep the lead. But a bad driver whos losing will have to start driving really well to utilise the speed boost.

Way it works now almost any idiot can catch you cos it cripples your car

I think there should be no catch up whatsoever, if you're winning 90% of the race and someone steals it on the second to last corner it's completely unfair. I didn't crash out once/followed the line to maximise speed and still lost!!! Happened to me on many occasions

Lol can't defend your #1 spot? You don't deserve that spot.
Option: Turn off catch up

Lol can't defend your #1 spot when Catch Up is OFF? You don't deserve that spot
Option: Complain how "dirty" racers are noobs

Welcome to GTA foums, where people expect a nascar experience LOL

Lol but.. Anyone with half a brain can defend their spot against an IDIOT

Unless.... You're a true CLEAN racer and don't want to touch him then that's the persons fault

Because as soon as they see Catch-up and slipstream off they leave.

Please direct your comments to the endless reams of pansies playing the game who leave it on, or people who quit lobbies that don't have it on.

Did you miss the post where I mentioned that I did not crash out once, used the exact race line only to be overtaken because my car slows down because I'm first and the players behind me get a boost? Ban catch up completely and they'll be no complaints from me on races...

Haven't seen one person on this thread complaining about 'dirty racers' either... And even so it's a GTA ONLINE forum as well... Not against the rules to complain about the game is it? I'll give you a troll rating 4/10
