Which van or offroad should I add?

Iroquois

Recommended Posts

I have 1 free spot in my garage and i have 9 out of the 12 classes available. Im missing offroad, van and utility. Im looking for a jeep/suv-like offroad vehicle or a modifiable van. I was thinking of getting the bison or sadler but V sometimes refers to it as a suv and sometimes offroad. Same for the mesa and patriot but both are suvs. Do these mentioned vehicles have 2 classes?

I got the Sandking SWB, I prefer the two-door design but if you want 4 people get the Sandking XL.

Edit: It's a highly modifiable truck which is decent off-road and on-road, don't expect to win any races against Adders though

Yea i thought about those 2 but they are sort of common i suppose. What about mesas, patriots, sadlers and bisons. Which one of those are truly offroad? Can i assume that all cars in the offroad section under supersandreasautos are true offroad vehicles?

Can't go wrong with any of those, a lot of people use the Mesa for off roading but they can all be used to off-road

II had a fully modded Sadler. It will give you insta wins in Utility class races unless someone else also has a fully modded Sadler (highly unlikely). It was such a piece of junk though I sold it right back to LSC after testing it out for awhile. Not even worth owning for free wins in the rare Utility race.

Bison might be cool. It can fit 6 people too.

So bison and sadler are both offroad and utility vehicles? They can both enter into offroad and utility races?

if you want something that off-roads like a god, looks like a mix between a supermodel and a mobster, and is almost as unique as bigfoot, then get this here beauty:

(Dubsta 2)

if you are a man of special interest who isn't allowed to reside near schools and such, you might just want to consider one of these though. lots of space in the back for whatever you might be wanting to transport. and afterwards you just hose it out.

(Speedo Van)

as far as off.road-racing goes, nothing even comes close to a fully modded dune buggy. just head over to the request thread and i0m sure someone will get one for you. maybe not right that moment, or maybe even tomorrow, but if you keep asking politely you'll get it eventually. same goes for the Dubsta 2 btw, since it doesn't even spawn in online.

Neither of those are good for offroading, either in free roam or rac3s. Too slow and not enough traction. Sanchez and Dune Buggy dominate off road racing in my experience. If you just want a really cool and good offroader, get a Sandking, Merriweather Mesa, or even the criminally underused Rancher XL.

If don't mind a bit of rust try the Karin Rebel. Gets a lot of body mods, such mods can make it look like an off road racing truck.

Ok, so mesa(only merriweather) rancher are the only good jeep/suv/pickup truck-like offroad vehicle? What about the rebel?

You can select stock versions of SUV's for offroad classed races but if you want to use a custom one you have to choose the class it's in.

Example: you can choose a stock Baller for an "offroad" class race but if you have one as a PV you have to choose "SUV's" class to use it.

MW Mesa and Rebel are very comparable. You won't get a straight answer on these forums so you might as well try both out and find out for yourself.

Not sure about the Sadler but I'm always weary of 4x4 with low ground clearance.

If you are wanting a van get a Youga. For offroad get a clean/dirty rebel.

Yes Rebel is a fun offroader as well. Just try them all out and see which one you like best. They can all easily be found driving around in free roam, with exception of MW Mesa. It all comes down to personal preference, because none of these will win an offroad race anyways. If you are going strictly for something that can be raced, I'd go for a Bison because it can win Van class races.

Thanks. You cleared it up a lot for me. I was so confused about that.

Unless you are up against a sanchez. the Rebel is one of the best. At least in my experiences.

If you are wanting a van get a Youga.

If you want a van that can take more than two people, however...get a Paradise.

Or, grab a Granger. That beast seats eight people.

Ok so so far we have

Rebel clean

Rebel dirty

Mesa merriweather

Rancher

Bobcat

Sadler

Bison

So if all these vehicles were a custom personal vehicle, they could all be used in offroad races?

It seems like bison might be the best one.

To get this back up, I'm interested in getting the Rebel Clean, anyone got a location for this?

Free Roam I like to use the Rancher XL, racing I'll use the Dune Buggy or the BF Injection

The Bison I believe is categorized under Vans and cannot be used for racing off road..
