Game still freezing- why?

I got a wired connection, and got rid of my crappy mic and got a turtle beach

 

Most problems have been solved but still- 4 times yesterday- the game would just freeze!! Why?!

The patch is messed up, it's not gonna be fixed till the next patch. Hopefully they can fix it on the first try.
