Tank vs Vestra!

So I have 1.5 million almost. I am yet to decide which to buy. Tested both in SP and both are good but confused which to get in MP. Some Advice will be great!

 

1: Tank lasted 30 minutes in SP with 5 star wanted level.

 

2: Vestra flew higher than the Lazer Fighter Jet and it was fun to jump out and parachute and fly..

 

So what do you think? Which is better?

Vestra vs Tank.

Vestra couldn't do anything and Tank couldn't hit Vestra.

Maybe if you would put tons of stickies on the front of the Vestra battlefield 3 style?

 

The Buzzard would be better against a Rhino Tank because of it's ability to hover over the tank and shoot rpgs while being out of the tank's range.

 

The Vestra is more fun to pilot and it's so maneuvrable so it would win. I would prefer to see lots of Vestra flying around having fun than lots of tanks shooting eachother and spawnkilling like now.

Tanks in Online mode can almost only be countered with other tanks, so it would be smart to get your own one... in case someone wants to grief you, you can grief him instead.

 

If you want to parachute, you could go to the airport and get yourself a Luxor instead of a Vestra, a tank is quite unique ... so if you're short on money, I can only give you the advice of buying your own tank.

 

However, you could save some more money and buy the Buzzard... GREAT for missions. But since you only asked for our opinion on the tank vs. Vestra, I vote for the tank.

I don't know but I never got even hit by a Buzzard while tanking. Even a jet never hit me, but I took down hundreds of choppers and about 30 jets.

They are just flies that are annoying, but not lethal at all for the tank :/

I only flew my Vestra once but it's temporarily awesome! It has incredible agility but totally can't bank with its belly on the inside. For example, if you're upside down, you're going straight to the ground. If Rockstar makes an (armed or unarmed) vehicle as agile as the Lazer, I won't be interested in the Vestra anymore.

 

And the tanks pretty cool. I went from Sandy Shores to LS shooting cops and avoiding shooting players. A few cars blew up against me along the way and after getting close to LS, some child in another tank finishes me off then says "it's okay now guys, I got him." >.< what?

here's my opinion :

~ vestra : a brand new private jet , 2 seats and compact than shamal nor luxor . combine shamal's engine and mallard's agility , the plane is considered to be 2nd fastest and second best plane . despite it's small size and fragile , it can survive 3 heat seeking missiles from lazer or buzzard , giving enough time for occupant to bail out

 

~ Rhino : a german leopard tank camoflaged desert , speed below sanchez dirtbike and has 120mm / 155mm cannon . these armor were frightening weapons aganist onfoot enemies and vehicles , with improved accuracy than previous games , this deadly cannon capable take out low flying helicopter nor even a plane just one shot

Thanks Everyone! Thing is I already have the buzzard and I am looking for something stronger and effective so obviously the tank. But I also love the vestra cause of its speed and stuff. Well still a bit confused which to select.. Or maybe I should just save the cash I have atm.. idk.

Buy vestra. Its a good plane in my opinion. But the tank is also useful. In the very few words of captain levi "I don't care either way , It is your choice ."

If you're after function, the Vestra has none. It's a people carrier in a game where your first mission is to steal a vehicle. But, if your purpose is fun, it is a very fun plane - especially if you can get a swarm flying together, trying not to collide.

Don't lower yourself by buying a tank! Just keep money and wait for new content. Vestra is fun but can't do much IMO.

I guess you are right mate. Might just save up. I am not much into grinding nowdays so 1 million is hard to come by for me.

just go with a vestra, unless you like to dick around in tanks, either being an asshole or just playing friendly with the community or getting launched by the gate glitch

i rarely use my tank even to counter other tanks, i find it boring to be in a giant overpowered metal box

It's the only reason I have been leveling up... I got it taken off me due to one of the updates but I want it back so I can fly into the unknown
