cursor on map moving slow and jerky?

How would that affect moving the cursor over the map?

Why wouldn't it? Player dots are shown moving around the map so I'm sure it would be effected by lag in someway.

wtf?! i know this guy! lol i was wearing white swat police clothes and shooting at you with my friends and then you went into passive mode behind cover on a flgiht of stairs and then i air thrusted you. yep, i remember vividly. was it yesterday or 2 days ago? i dont remember.

last night in gtao my ingame cell phone was really laggy in coming up.

I was in a session yesterday and that was really laggy..

I put it down to this (see pic below) and the closer i got to it, the more laggy it got. Right next to it and my poor old Xbox was struggling to the point of mega slow, jerkyiness..

But the whole time that it (what ever it was) was insight while in freeroam the whole game was slow...
Drove far enough away and it sped up to normal...

 

Any idea what this was people ???

reset your lag switch and then remove the jtag see if that helps.

I switched of my router (then switched it back on), so not a connection problem.. And remove the jtag ??? If you can tell me what that is i'll give that a bash too....

As for Lag Switch??? Again ??? Anywhere near my light switch ???

Its not my connection either. Seems to happen most when I'm kill someone, May be a type Of cheat glitch like the tow truck thing was or a buggy patch, who knows. Never Happened before the latest patch.

I think it's a glitch with the crate drop, loads of smoke flares spawn instead of just one, which make anything near it lag

Most times it's caused by a modder in the lobby messing with sh*t.

 

The other times? Oh, seems it's just R* screwing their own game.
