I think we could all agree on that. But when i think of boats i think of a still boat/ship sitting calmly on the waves and the player just chilling out with his friends on the water. It might be cool to own once your a millionaire or perhaps billionaire.

I am a billionaire, and boating is not on my list of fun priorities. Gonna say no to this one.

I love the watercraft in this game, and the ocean is beautiful. Any addition, especially weaponized/armed watercraft would be welcome!

They need money briefcases you can dive for like in SP, as well as sharks. Make the money cases spawn randomly and get spotted on the map for activity.

 

Oh and maybe gangsters around the drop point trying to stop you.

You cannot be serious? What does AC have to do with yachts, modern ships or submarines? Boats were very amazing in Vice City. Just cruising around in a jetmax or squalo during sunset. Im pretty sure your idea of "boats" in AC postdate the inclusion of boats in a GTA game.
