Bring back race winnings pre 1.06?

I never understood why they nerfed the race winnings. I miss being able to get 13k on the commute and ended up getting over 100k just from racing. It also annoys me that once someone wins a race, if you choose that race again, the winner won't get as much.

I don't mind getting $3000-$4000 for a race I made that only takes about 22 seconds to complete.

They would be nice if they were bit higher than there are currently it was a bit ridiculous when you would get 9000 for doing a one lap race of down the drain.
