i thought it was extremely stupid it wasn't this way in the first place, seriously, you can be in passive mode just riding your bike around and a cop thats chasing another play will hit you, causing instant death along with a wanted star, getting the poor bike impounded and sent across the map (most of the time)

 

its just extremely annoying, even for cars

i was trying to do the car launch glitch with my voltic when some asshole came up on me guns blazing, i fired back and got a star immediately before he shot me out of my car, boom, car is now across the map

 

like come the f*ck on this is just pure annoyance
