Heists have been made before release. Watch the Online Trailer and you can even see footage of one of them. People glitch inch has nothing to do with them not being released, infact untill they are released and people can actually earn money without having to shoot up the same Damm parking garage every 2 minutes, people will just be glitching even more.

Heists have been made before release. Watch the Online Trailer and you can even see footage of one of them. People glitch inch has nothing to do with them not being released, infact untill they are released and people can actually earn money without having to shoot up the same Damm parking garage every 2 minutes, people will just be glitching even more.

This excuse again. You can make enough money for the most expensive car in the game after playing the game for about 6 hours. Less if you grind the highest paying jobs. People glitch because they suck at the game and want to make it easier. Thats why people cheat at anything in life

You can't swap glitch fixes for future content unless you can guarantee everyone will go by that rule - which they wont.

 

The bugs still needed to be fixed, if anything hackers/glitchers saved Rockstar money on internal testing before game-launch.
