What is your opinion on the in game radio? Favorite station/songs? Do you think they will add in more songs to the radio? Any songs you're sick and tired of hearing? Im so sick of gangsta gangsta by ice cube, such an overplayed and boring song. Rockstar could have picked better ice cube/n.w.a songs but oh well.

it sucks. only about 20 percent of the songs are memorable or worth listening to. seems that cockstar STILL doesnt wanna give us the option to permanently turn it off regardless of which vehicle i enter. but hey folks, let's be happy that flip flops actually flop now. great detail.

It's good for what it is, but naturally it's going to lose its luster after so many listens.

 

Throwing in a few new songs every so often would be nice, but licensing fees, etc. Could R* re-use songs from older games for a reduced price? Either that or allow players to import MP3s and have a 'custom music' station.

 

In any case, I just mute the radio and use my laptop for music.

Rockstar is perfectly capable of adding in music, and in fact it'd be awesome if you tune into the radio one day after a secret update and you come to realize they added a new set of songs to each station!

I liked the ingame radio. It's not the best in the GTA series but that's probably more due to music in general being sh*t these days.

 

I'd say I like Los Santos Rock Radio the best.

If you go to the gta.wikia.com site and look at the radio stations each station basically has a full set of deleted songs for each one.

If you came to GTAF for decent conversations about the game, then you don't know where you are. I can't blame you, the mods pretty much let anything go but there's nothing more annoying than a member who hasn't even been here a year and he's trying to run the section. That's just going to get you ignored. That's why I don't really care about this section, I don't really value anybodies opinion (that's how it is, sorry guys) and I don't take a single thing serious.
