Best non-premium cars to mod?

At the moment I've only got super cars but I'd like at least one non-premium. Which one should I go for?

If you are talking about actually modding a car in from single player I like the BF Injection with all upgrades and street tires...it's very fast but handles poorly in rain...I also like the Dune Buggy with all upgrades and street tires...it handles better than the BF Injection and is also very fast...
