The Worst games this gen...

Ride to Hell: Retribution, anyone? I've never seen a game get so much sh*t wrong. The graphics look like a PS1 game, the sound effects make me want to vomit, they somehow made motorcycles boring, hand-to-hand combat is boring and tedious, gunplay is worse, the music gave me cancer, and I could go on for days.

Then we have Sonic '06. I don't even wanna talk about this one.

Rambo. A two-hour long rail shooter. Wanna feel like Rambo? Avoid this sh*t, pop in GTA V, and play as Trevor. Closer than this damn game.

That's all I got right now.

don't get me wrong. the game is awesome with its details and etc. and its the first DOOM game to be HD. but seriously!!? Id software destroyed the classical characters with so-called scary monkeys.

I know, but by awesome I meant that its the first HD DOOM game. just that.

everything is dark, you can't use a weapon and a flashlight together in the same time, demons were terribly screwed (is that supposed to be the Almighty Cacodemon? :()so yeah. the only good thing is that the game is HD. first HD DOOM game. just that.

I'm referring to the Vanilla/Original DooM game ;)

It's a god damn PC game. Just go, install the mod and enjoy the game.

its like telling me to install GTA IV to enjoy the goddamn game. what if I told you that my laptop can't handle classic doom itself and I can;t afford a bigger one?

I hate the game. happy now?

Gran Turismo 6.

I've had more fun playing Bejeweled HD on iPad than GT6. Worst thing of all is.........I was stupid enough to buy the 15th Anniversary Edition of the game.

I agree. GT6 should have been saved for the PS4.

I found most of this gen to be bland and distastful. GTA IV was was missing the wacky charm the other games had. It felt too dark and serious to be worthy of any praise as a game.

I feel this game deserved a more respect than it got.

Dispite the fact that the dungeons aren't that great and the battle system is weird, the story is still very interesting and the characters are fun.
Sure it got bad reviews from critics, but do they ever give good reviews to JRPGs much less GRPGs. Outside of the well known big name titles like Final Fantasy of course.

Apparently that games even has a 9.3 rating at gamestop. It is amazing though the difference between critic and regular person.

I'm sure it's been said already, probably several times, but FF13. WHY SQUEENIX, JUST WHY

On a more personal level, CIV5. It's a good game, maybe even a great one, but I can't get past all the streamlining they did. And as much as I like Fallout, both New Vegas and 3 disappointed me in different ways. I like them both, don't get me wrong, but 3 f*cked up a lot of previously established events and New Vegas felt like a static playground. Lastly, Bethesda pulled a fast one when they said they had a "new" engine for Skyrim, which is another game that got streamlined to death IMO.

well, last time I checked, the game was released on PS3, Xbox (maybe 360) and PC. I would get the damn game if the enemy/demon design didn't change.

the only good things the game has is the storyline and being the first DooM game to be on HD, and the weaponry. that's it.

DooM 1/2 > DooM 3.

Yeah Doom 3 was pretty sh*tty to be honest. Telporting imps was a cheap move IMO, although I know they only did that so too many enemies wouldn't appear on screen at once. It's like Doom 3 was trying to transform from an old-school massacre simulator to survival horror, except they forgot to add the latter when taking away the former. It's just bland.

Saints Row The Third was the most disappointed I have ever been by a game ever of all time.

Lol i couldnt agree more with this.It the worst #3 sequel in history (and the game that ruined the SR franchise along with SR4).
