Del Perro property, best in the entire game.

No doubt about it. If you know how to spend your money, you will definitely get this house. I am sure that it's the best in the entire game for several reasons.

 

1- 95% of the time, there isn't any stupid idiots waiting outside your garage/front door to kill you while you're just leaving the house.

 

2- If turns out that there are some jerks in any of your doors waiting to kill you, you can just leave using the other entrance. The front door it's in one side of the block, and the garage it's in the other side, so it's very hard for them to catch you if u leave quickly.t's

 

3- There is an Ammu-Nation two blocks away.

 

4- There are two stores at one block away each.

 

5- LSC it's only 1.2 km away.

 

6- A lot of good cars spawn there generally. Oracle 1/2, Cavalcade, F620, etc. Oh, and some muscles spawn a lot too, Dominator and Gauntlet.

 

But there is a bad thing, as the garage it's placed like a ramp and your car has to go up, the biggest SUV's and Off roaders will hit ttheir roof against the ceiling of the garage. And the views are sh*t, but I don't see how that matters in Gta.

 

Anyway, I suppose that this is the best house u can buy.

Weazel plaza is the same too me, exept the garage exit is bigger, front exit further, Some stores a little further (Like 0.15 miles) and the LSC closer.

I'm not going to tell you where I live because it is so great and quiet, and I'm trying to keep it that way,

-best view in the game in my opinion

-very close to Lsc

-far from ammunation but who cares

- very quiet

 

I lived in a 10 car garage at the airport but I left because it got old even though it was in a great location

I left Del Perro because I wanted to lock up funds in property so I couldnt sell another car I really didn't want to buy to buy another car I really didn't want. Also, it scratched my Sandking every time I took it out and it doesn't even have the best view of the beach. Also, I kept flying by the garage.

there are 2 thing OP forgot to mention, the beach is really close and THA hookers spawn right there on the sidewalk, so you can get some action real quick!

Yup...and you can always see if someone is out there at the garage with a car blocking the way so the animation messes up...you know so they can attack you while you're stuck in your car.

 

You can then leave the session...or sneak around to the front and flank them.

What heists? I see no heists, no details about heists, they don't exist in GTA Online, maybe one day but currently no. If we get the opportunity to buy more properties I certainly will get something bigger but currently this is the best I've found for the game as it is.

1623 South Shambles St, quietest 10 car garage on the map, has an Ammunation right around the corner. It's also a stones throw away to the Merryweather dock/helipad. I lived at Weazel 101 from the start, but it's turned into a mini Eclipse Tower camper wise.

Also even if it isn't that good, its one of the cheaper, if not the cheapest, heist apartments in GTA Online, so theres no reason to blow up 400k on an apartment that looks exactly like all the others.

I love it and I currently live there. The only thing I don't like about it is that if you have any of the sandkings or the Merryweather Mesa, they get caught on the top because they're too high and the garage door is too small.

Both of my characters live there. I'd say the only real downside is that the view is crappy, since I don't have any large vehicles that hit the roof, but I don't really care about that.

 

A person standing on top of the garage does appear to be inside of the apartment and has a great position to kill incoming players, but that's only happened once to me. It's usually deserted around there, and my "neighbors" are mostly friendly, just trying to get into their own place and not mess with me.

No-one has ever killed me when i have leaved my garage

 

The front door is a nicely away from garage, just in case.

 

Ammunation is pretty close to WP

 

Okay, stores are not so close but not too far away from the apartment.

 

LSC is closer than its to DP property

 

Sentinel, Dominator, Cavalcade and Felon spawn there

 

Also i like the view and garage location more.

 

But i am not saying that anyone should move there, live where you want.

I don't think so, I like my apartment it's big but was very expensive and had a lot of space for my cars but the downside is paying the maintenance fees and having dicks all around you.

As far as location goes i agree with OP. I lived there with my second character and love how its closer to lot of stores and vespucci beach but the only downfall was that its only a 6 car garage and with me being a car addict i needed more space. The worst is the $400k one thats flooded with noobs and their chrome adders.

The best property is the 10 car garage by the airport. The one just north of the airport... not the one on the right side of the map... but the one right next to Los Santos Customs..... 0% (I have NEVER, and no this is not an exaggeration, had anyone around) of the time there is someone around there.....

 

This is by far the best property to own.... that is, as long as you aren't looking for an apartment and just a garage...

I bought my apartment only for the best view so I live in Weasel 101. My second character's apartment also has a great view, I think it's Tinsel Towers and I can see the door to the central LSC from there through the telescope, as well as the roof that people like to shoot from.
