GTA: Crisis City. A GTA set in Spain's crisis  I have some mission ideas about GTA: Crisis City, anyway.

GTA: Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

You get arrested for littering and hang yourself in your prison cell.

Anyway, GTA San Fierro or GTA North Yankton.

San Fierro could have trams or North Yankton... well.... obviously, snow.

Gnocchi Flip Flops

GTA: Vice City

It has been done before but I do want to see it again. Yes it is another city with a big beach but it is in no way similar to Los Santos. I want crave that laid back, flat, and ocean vibe you'd get whilst in Miami but I want it in HD. :)

Vice City

Why? Because best GTA game that featured this city deserves HD remake.

GTA Mexico City

I'd love to have a sandbox game set in mi querido México :)

GTA:Sin City

But I also would enjoy a GTA game set in Sin City, with the black and white noirish style, just like the saboteur.
