Worst Vehicles in GTAO

We've been inundated by threads here about "what's the best car?" and "what's the best of the best cars?"

Curious what you think the worst car is? I don't mean the rusted old Tornado or the giant tractor. I mean, cars which are supposed to be wicked cool, but fail once you get behind the wheel.

For me, two stand out:

1. OBEY 9F
While this car is one of my favorite to look at, driving this tailhappy nightmare is like riding a wet bar of soap on Jell-O.
On impact with a tree, park bench, pedestrian, or even a small bush, this car falls apart. Doors, hood, etc.
But, boy... is it sweet to look at. I had one and gave it up nearly as fast as i got it.



2. Imponte Phoenix / Ruiner
I searched for months - yes, months - to find this one car. I was tickled like a girl in a briar patch the day I found one.
Yet, despite my absolute love for the vehicle itself and how fast it is, I just cannot stand how it handles. It's a chore on corners, and a pain in the rain.
It's a Muscle class car, so it's obviously going to have it's drawbacks with handling, but I've been debating on letting this car go in favor of a Gauntlet.
Cool to look at, but not fun to ride. Sorry, fanboys. I just report it.



So... what are your thoughts? Any "worst cars" that stand out for you? Just curious, is all. Cheers!

Just look at the adder, based on a Bugatti but it can barely get going

Vacca - Back is ugly as sin

Tailgater - Acceleration is laughable

I think style is more important than performance, so I would say that the turismo is very disappointing, it looked way cooler in iv.

 

The back of the infernos could have been done better

I agree, which is why when I come across one (happened last night), I sell it as quickly as I can, because a small part of me wants to keep it because it's so danged good looking!

 

But in the end, that $8,000 payout is far more attractive than the pretty F620 face.

Back looks like such a mess, especially the rear windshield. The sides and front look great, but since I'm looking at the ass when I drive it, it's a no-no. Had one for like 20 minutes on my second character before selling it lol

The Youga, god it's so tiny and ugly, plus the tiny wheels mean you wheelspin for days before you actually start to accelerate; why did rockstar have to choose this to be the one van that could be customised?!

seminole - Rear of it is ugly, seems to always spawn when i'm after a baller or Landstalker

Prairie - Hate it as always think its a fusilade when i'm doing simeon's list, looks like one from a far.

Faggio - everyone goes on about but it handles poor and is slow.

F620 - Handles like crap. But nice looking.

Paradise - Ugly and worst Van in GTA history

I get what you're saying, but I have to admit, when I'm just in the mood to cruise with no intent in mind, I take this bad boy out every time.

With the right conditions and the right music playing, it's just a relaxing, comfortable time chilling in Los Santos.

 

Until the chrome stickies start flying. <ugh>

Because the stupid car can't decide whether it's a Dodge Challenger or Chevy Camaro. Pisses me off.

 

It would be my favorite car in the game if it was full-on Challenger, like how the Dominator is full-on Mustang.

I agree with the Phoenix - it looks great and the mods are awesome but it's pretty sucktastic to drive. Not all that fast and the handling isn't too special either.

Karin Dilettante. Mocking the most hated car in the world. I hate the Prius with a passion, I hate it even more in the game.

 

I hope there's a patch that gets rid of the Asterope & Dilettante. Can't stand those cars. Pisses me off so much.

 

I cringe when I see a Dilettante in a players garage.

I'm gonna get so much hate for this, but I can't stand how the Surfer looks, and the performance is indefensible.

 

I understand some people like the look, I'm not one, but the fact it can't climb a speed bump makes it useless other than to look at.

I agree on the 9F, it was one of the first cars I bought because I love the R8 in real life. Boy was I disappointed in the handling!

 

I really can't stand the front of the Turismo R. I think from the side and back it is lovely, but the front is awful. Especially the headlights. The Entity looks like sh*t too but i've got one for racing, because who likes finishing last?

I don't care much for the Carbonizzare, Coquette, Comet or Surano either. There's no point having all that poke if it won't go round a corner at high speed.

 

Try accelerating away from the cops/Rooftop Rumble grangers in heavy rain with any of the cars above. f*cking nightmare. The wheelspin on the Vacca and Cheetah piss me off too.
