Kicking is stupid unless you have a reason like "he f'd up the last mission". I've been kicked more as a higher level playing with <100s than I ever did by >100s on the way up.

You will have been kicked because low level players tend to die quicker, are usually a liability and shouldn't even be in some missions as they have not reached the requred rank. Happens to everyone. No point being a douche on a power trip about it.

I've never kicked a lower rank out of a mission due to their rank.

Only things I've ever kicked for are those players who f*ck the mission up by trying to do everything themselves only to get killed at a vital point which fails the mission for everybody,
Non-Crew members from an intended crew mission session,
Or intentional trouble makers who do the driving off with the briefcase sh*t.

I think OP must have fallen into one of those classes as I havnt seen anybody lower ranked getting kicked and I'm on a shameful 46 days of my life playing time since launch.
