I am level 40, and I recently bought a Turisimo. I have a 6 car garage and all the weapons I can get at Level 40. What do you think I should buy next?

You never know what is just around the update corner. With how R* made it easier to come by money after the Valentine's update, it leads me to believe that upcoming content might require significant initial investment.

...or buy a Super Diamond and cheap 10 car apartment.

Not mid mission you can't. Yes you can get all the planes and choppers in free roam if you are a high enough level and know where to look, but they will not spawn mid mission.

vestra private jet ? less luxurier than luxor nor shamal but it's compact jetplane . 2 occupant with features mixed with shamal/luxor & mallard , which means u can use vestra as stunt-jet plane . even it's small size , it survives 3 lock on missiles from lazer or buzzard . cost $950k
