Returning to GTA IV? What's the state of nodders?

Title typo - *Modders not nodders, damn Mac auto-correct

[Xbox 360]

After being kinda disappointed in GTA Online these past months I have been thinking about heading back to GTA IV: Ballad of Gay Tony just to have some fun playing in Free Mode. Before GTA Online came out I would spend hours in Free Mode talking with the community, and overall having fun flying together in Buzzards, roleplaying and all kinds of fun that does not exist in GTA Online. Additionally, as there weren't thousand of new players on a daily basis, it was often that many members of the day to day GTA IV community would come across each other many times which was always cool and never happens in GTA Online.

I'm wondering what is the state of *modders? I personally have the Buffeting Mod Loader which is the most advanced mods (at least it was when I had it Pre-GTA V). Also, before people jump to conclusions I'm not one of those douche bag modders that blow people up and all that crap, I just try to have fun with the community spawning cars, creating scenarios and all of that. (GT's were: SimsDaniel916 SAPF FIB, SAFR Sims for those that may recognize me).

So is there anyone here that still actively plays GTA IV: Ballad of Gay Tony multiplayer? If so, how are things as I think I will be returning.

TBoGT Multiplayer has been the same way it was before the release of V. Often a lot of players in the free mode sessions, and the modders can at time be serious punks or incredibly funny- sometimes even nice.

The last time I played, I was a bit underwhelmed by the modders. The possibility of freezing has definitely decreased.

This is actually great news! I've been planning to go back to TBoGT multiplayer with my friend. I plan on doing so this weekend. All I have to do is convince him.

Nice to hear things are still good, I'll definitely be setting up my modded Xbox for a weekend of GTA IV: Ballad of Gay Tony Multiplayer. Hopefully I come across some fellow GTAforumer's and am able to spawn you guys some cars or things like that.
