Better without the squeakers?

I know many people aleady say how annoying the kids and morons are on GTA:O, but does anyone agree that the final couple of years of GTAIV:O were really fun and better than the first few years?

 

It's just that, once the morons get bored and have a new COD or something, they will go, but the real GTA fans and proper players will stick around, like IV.

You can't really judge a whole age group just from your interactions with them. I've met some "squeakers" that are pretty cool. I honestly have had more fun with them than with know-it-all 18-19 year olds. You know, those that aren't impressed with anything and they already knew about the thing you're talking about months ago?

75% of the reason I even go to public sessions is to hear the comedic magic of human stupidity. For me, it wouldn't be better without the dumbassitude and douchebaggery that people spew in free roam. Well, actually, I guess it might be a full 100% of the reason now that tank sniping is off the table.

I barely ever hear anyone talking in a public session less then 10 tomes have I heard someone speak. Must be my timezone but everyone seems to be silent or in a private chat.

I still hear squeakers lol, I usually piss them off if they try to act tough or try to insult someone lol.

 

I do agree with the final few years of GTA IV: Online being relatively less noisy or it just could be the fact that I played with people who roleplayed lol.

i played IV for 2 whole years and never cross paths with a squeaker.

 

i played til november 2012 and by that time the amount of modders in the game made the game unplayeable unless you were modding too.

i'm Pissed with the squeaker's voice because IT'S TOO LOUD ! so i'm torture them until they RAGEQUIT / embarrased with their mic on ( which other player heard that squeaker is crying ) . i can't believe their parent are dumb enough to buy 18+ game ? they should play doll instead on their home if not '' playing it themselves in their room '' with a pleasure . yesterday , weazel news stated kid got trolled for accessing glitch , bribing the griefer and illegal car gained from duping

 

oh yeah , server closed due to squeaker ( who also a b*tch )

I had a race lobby full of them earlier and it was awesome hearing all the whining about custom cars. It's not like it's hard to get a decent custom muscle car under level 20...

I mostly agree. In the all my time on IV I met few people with mics so my only distinction was friendly/neutral/hostile. In the first months of V, people my age were huge assholes but young kids were civil, kind and fun teammates. Recently, however, I've gamed with several cool adults and older teenagers but any kids I've run into have been the proverbial 'squeakers:' loud, stupid, crude, incessant.

You know what, if a popular company makes a online game (ahem IW ahem) spoiled kids with headsets will get the game from their parents, and the inevitable will happen.

 

But trust me, if you live in Europe. You will only hear German/French squeakers. French are the worst. And most of them don't speak English. Dutch however do speak English sufficiently at the age of say 11-16.

Most of the children I come across are easy kills and become reckless once they're agitated making for even more easy kills. As for them ruining races, you just need to learn to handle your vehicle when they try to ram you. Defensive driving is a must and will reward you with many more wins than losses (yes youre going to lose some) since lets face it, kids can't drive worth a sh*t. As long as I can mute them I have no problem with them playing, after all unbeknownst to them they're likely going to fail miserably in life and grow up to be cliche loser gamers in their parents basement.

Don't blame the kids, its the parents who suck.

We can't do anything about them really, there will always be kids in GTA, you can just set your chat to Friends or Crew only. Just deal with them
