Well, Ive taken notice of something lately, Pegasus just might be the butthole of this game. heres the reasons why I think that

 

 

1) Calling a plane takes forever, It usually shows on the map and once you arrive Pegasus calls you to tell you its been misplaced and this happens until finally it f*cking shows up

 

 

2) If someone steals your vehicle youre basically f*cked until they crash it which doesnt always take a short amount of time (example, a guy decided to bring his tank out and mess with people so I decide to grab my tank but after I called it it spawned right next to the guy and he got in it then exploded his old one) Just saying its not very thought out

 

 

what do you guys think?

I hate that I'm by the airport and have to go to the pier to get my airport bus

so far with my cureent character i haven't used pegasus but from what i read of the op's thread i would have to guess it's run by a relative of the mechanic! :lol:

I don't buy craps from Pegasus, but from your story, Rockstar didn't give much thought of this and probably they assumed every players would go civilized like CPU controlled peds.

The second story your telling has happened exactly to me aswell! but if a anoyying prick kills the entire server just go and crab your tank, If u fail and the guy who is in his tank and he gets in your tank, just log out, and then the pegasus vehicle will despawn. Or call some friends to join the battle ;)

If someone steals your Pegasus vehicle, all you need to do is grab a car and enter the nearest LSC. Once you leave LSC you'll get a notification that your Pegasus vehicle has been moved back into storage, at which point you can call up and order it again.

Make sure no player (including you) is close to the spawn point when you call for your vehicle, so that the game engine hasn't already chosen a random vehicle to spawn there.

 

I agree that aspect of the game is annoying, you just gotta learn how to work with it.

If you call a tank, don't get too close to the pick up point if there's another player near it. Just wait till he/she leaves or else it spawns in front of them & they take it. Sometimes, it'll disappear & they refund your $200

The Pegasus vehicle despawning thing can be avoided easily enough by not being too close to the spawn point IIRC.

yeah! remove the damn lazer for player usage. Would be the best thing for the game.

Tanks should be nerfed, not completely removed. Also there isn't a single thing wrong with the Lazer.

Lazers should not be removed, you can take them down with a mini-gun.

 

Last time I did the Top Fun mission I didn't get on the bike, I got out my mini-gun and took 3 down :D

On the subject of Pegasus vehicles, I was going round doing all the gang attacks possible using a Buzzard for quick transport and I can usually kill all/most of the gang with it (auto-targeting), but a gang member with a mini-gun killed me and look where it ended up:

It was just stuck there in mid air, i walked right under it and it wouldn't move, until I hit it with one shot which caused it to fall and explode.

Sure, just swim ashore, steal a car, lose the cops and drive all the way across the map, your boat should be in the harbor. That'l be $200 please.

the one thing and probably only thing i have issue with is that if you are near an airport when you order a helicopter the game says f*ck yuo go to a different airport or helipad and makes you drive clear across map for it, by then you dont even need or want it

I think the pegasus system needs some rethinking. I hate the fact if you're too close to a spawn point it will put the vehicle at a different spawn point. Now why the f*ck can it not spawn right next to you? Yeah so what if it spawns in front of your eyes, so does the damn PVs. Also you should have an option to lock people out of your pegasus vehicles considering I paid for them why can't have have the same options as I do on my PVs

ive been posting that for months now. im surprised at how many people cant figure that out and call me a hacker when my fresh tank kills my old tank.

It annoys me that I can't lock my Pegasus vehicles. Why not? they are mine much as my cars are mine and I can lock them.

 

It annoys me that if some a-hole steals my Pegasus vehicle I am $200 out of pocket. It's not a huge amount, but it's the principle.

 

It annoys me that if some a-hole destroys my Pegasus vehicle, they do not have to pay a single penny and again I am out of pocket to the tune of $200. As above, not a huge amount but it's the principle.

 

It annoys me that nearest airfield is not the nearest airfield. Since when is a hospital roof an airfield?

 

Pegasus annoys me.
