I submitted a ticket after I lost one of my cars to the insurance glitch. Then this happened.

 

[Rockstar Support] Closing Ticket: Insurance Glitch

This is an e-mail to inform you that (#2057093) has been closed because we have not
heard from you in 7 days.

We hope that your issue is now resolved. If not, please follow the link below link
to review and re-open your request if needed:

 

Seriously? I waited months for you to do something, and you never did. Then you send me this. This might be relevant if they had sent me an email 7 days ago. I got no email from R* 7 days ago, they just decided to randomly close the ticket. Thanks for the help R* support.
