The only time it pays 37K is the very first time you do it(?). Were you on your second character?

All wrong. Payout is for the first time you are correct level to host the mission. You get that once.

Joined random job it was rr. Decided to stay and see what all the hype was about it

Im pretty sure I would know if I had to fly to a military base

Its appears to be a random occurrence, I have a friend who gets 30k+ like 2-5 times a week and we play the same missions that he has done a bunch of times.

Yeah. Just call Lester, Request a job time after time. Once you complete it, it will be in the mission list

You get 37k if its your first time completing it at the required rank (75+). I noticed this on my alternate account and when I helped my friend do the mission.

I've gotten 37K two times. The first time and once again after not doing RR in a while.

You get that payout the first time you host the mission after unlocking it at lvl 75, not the very first time you play the mission.

I played it many times with my 2nd char and got 18k but when i hosted it for the first time i got 37k
