There needs to be a basic White T-shirt in the game. Some of us need this, you know. Why can't rockstar have this?

Make your crew color white. Then you can have a crew t-shirt. Or, if you wear a track jacket, your crew t-shirt will be white.

As it's been said, crew color = white tshirt. It looks dope with a small clean logo on the front
