Found free ammo glitch?

So today I was playing Rooftop Rumble and the other people went to Madrazo's place. Since I was close to one of the Ammu Nations and realized I was low on sticky bombs, I decided to go get some. I had about 15 stckies before the mission ended. When I was back in free roam, I went back to Ammu Nation to fill my stickies inventory. I was almost done when I realized that the numbers at the top right corner weren't changing! so I bought everything I could lol. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Never tried with Stickies, however, this mission is FANTASTIC for the Minigun.

 

How? Die with it out OR in use, instant 9999 refill + the perks of the money and RP afterwards.

 

Really getting spoils and no cost for a gun if you sacrifice 1 life.

Doesn't work. Bought 5 stickies during the mission, tried buying after finishing, still had to pay.
