If you're stuck on "launching session" you can get out of

....it by logging on to the R* social club and changing your active crew.

 

The infinite loading screen will drop out and reconnect you to a new session.

or simply disconnect your network connection. PS3 does that easily. XB, not so sure.

If the XBOX loses connection it goes back to single player or the dashboard I think while switching crew lands you in another Online lobby.

Good find but I reckon its just easier to dashboard and start again that f*cking around with change crews and what not

A lot easier just to sign out. Just saying...

I just log out of PSN and then log back in whenever I get caught hanging. Kicks me back to single player every time.
