Alright here it goes:  You play as a long, brow haired dude with brown jacket. I remember that you could fall of the bike if you would go fast and turn. Oh yeah, and there was a mission where there was a shootout in a bar. If I remember correctly it was one of the Driver series, or my mind is messing something up here. The graphics weren't bad too, and there were alot of missions. So anyone know what game ? Thanks  EDIT: I found out. It was Driver: Parallel Lines.
