Now i drove straight into this whilst being chased by police WTF

i thought going away and coming back would work but it hasn't my friend also cant get into his garage

Ether a modder placed them there (They used to do it all the time in GTA 4) or its a bugged out left over from a created race. Thats my guess anyway.

this man knows..... definitely content creator glitch, thankfully im yet to come across this but it comes in two forms... Fun and Tw@ ... fun being the odd ramp on the freeeway, Tw@ being a big ass blue wall outside your garage...

 

pretty much the description of any glitcher/modder, theres those who enhance the game, theres those who try to break it, creators and destroyers....
