Does anyone know of a quick and easy job, which gets you a load of cash and/or RP?

Both, if you are above level 35 do the same thing but with a mission called "Coveted"

 

If you are under 35 just do any mission that you are given until you get to 35.

 

edit - I think it is 1.9K RP and $12,000 a mission, which takes 5 minutes

Setting the Mission(Coveted) to Hard increases the Payout to 18k in cash and RP to 2200 and only adds about a minute to the playtime
